We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplements & Consumables
Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, we do not accept returns or refunds on any opened supplement containers or ingestible products.
Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days, pending inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (unless it's damaged). If you wish to replace an item, initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
