We are not a doctor, a dietitian, a psychologist or a psychotherapist, we are not registered under the Dutch BIG act, and nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition. If you are dealing with a diagnosed condition, are in pain, are pregnant, take medication, or are struggling with your mental health, speak to a qualified professional first. Coaching sits alongside that, never in place of it.

If something you bring to a session belongs with a doctor or a therapist, we will say so and stop rather than carry on.

Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies to this website and to any agreement arising from it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

If you have a complaint, email us first. We respond on the substance within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute goes to the competent Dutch court. Consumers can also approach a dispute resolution body in their own country; the European Commission maintains a list. The European ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
