Privacy policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible. There is no customer database, no advertising tracker and no cookie banner, because we place nothing that needs consent.

To read a guide you leave nothing behind. No account, no email address.

Who is responsible

We are the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Coaching moved

The Kratos Protocol is now sold and delivered by Kratos Natural. Anything to do with buying it, the intake questionnaire, the health information you share during it and the booking of calls is handled under the privacy policy at kratosnatural.com. Nothing on this site collects any of it any more.

What we process, and why

Signing in. When you sign in we set a cookie containing your email address, signed so it cannot be tampered with. Nothing else is in it and nothing is stored alongside it. This cookie is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and consent is not required for that.

Newsletter. If you subscribe we keep your email address at Resend for as long as you stay subscribed. Basis: your consent. The unsubscribe link works immediately.

Contact. If you email us we keep the message as long as needed to deal with it and to look back on it if you return to the subject.

Downloads. We record nothing when you download a guide. No counter, no form, no account. We do not know who downloaded what.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data.

We use no advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel and no Google Analytics.

We make no automated decisions with legal effect and we do not profile you.

Statistics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages are read and how fast the site loads. Both work without cookies and without identifying anyone. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to refuse.

Who processes data on our behalf

Vercel, hosting.

Resend, sign-in emails, confirmations and the newsletter.

There is a processing agreement in place with each of them. Some are established in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or a valid adequacy decision.

How long we keep things

Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

Email correspondence: as long as needed to handle it, then cleared out.

The sign-in cookie: until it expires or you sign out.

Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict how we process it, to receive a copy you can take elsewhere, and to object to processing. Where you have given consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what was processed before.

Email info@liamkratos.com. We answer within a month. You do not have to give a reason and it costs nothing.

If you think we are handling this badly you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

The site runs entirely over https. There are no passwords, so none can leak. Payment details never touch our servers. No measure is perfect and we do not claim ours is.

Children

Our services are not aimed at children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We update this policy when the site changes. The date below says when that last happened.
