Refunds and right of withdrawal
Deze documenten zijn in het Engels gepubliceerd. Dat is de gezaghebbende tekst, en die wordt hier getoond in plaats van een niet-gecontroleerde vertaling.
Nothing is sold here
Everything on this site is free. The guides, the e-books and the articles cost nothing, need no account and ask for no email address, so there is no payment to undo and nothing to refund.
Coaching moved
The Kratos Protocol, the twelve week longevity programme, is now sold by Kratos Natural at kratosnatural.com. Its refund terms, the fourteen day right of withdrawal and the results guarantee live there, on the site that sells it.
If you bought coaching before the move, nothing about your agreement changed. The terms you agreed to still apply and the same person still answers the email.
Complaints
Email info@liamkratos.com. We respond on the substance within fourteen days. If we cannot resolve it together, the competent Dutch court is open to you, and consumers can also approach a dispute resolution body in their own country.
